This protocol should only be undertaken under
the monitoring of your doctor. There are situations, based on the
individual patient, when a non-aggressive approach to treating the
disease is best recommended. The most definitive clinical research
has shown that men with less than a 10 year life expectancy and
low-volume tumors are the best candidates for aggressive monitoring;
all other patients are encouraged to seek a more curative approach.
